Step by step

In the configuration tab, choose optional language(s) for translation:

After refreshing your dimension you can add a name in the property tab in Dimension Editor:

You can also add a name in the table tab in Dimension Editor:

Save changes and publish the Dimension:

Last step is to switch to the selected language:
