OpenBrowserWindow(...)

OpenBrowserWindow(url : string | Eaze expression [,name : string | Eaze expression, 
windowFeatures : string | Eaze expression])

Opens a new browser window with the specified URL and optionally a window name. The URL and name can be constructed dynamically using Eaze expressions.
