Using search
The Table Explorer automatically loads all tables matching the context filter property or all tables, sorted by name or translated name.
You can quickly find a table by searching its name, short description, or by using the 'Search by Tags' option to filter by specific tags.
Search by Tags – Not Selected
When "Search by Tags" is not selected, the search looks for matches in the table name or short description (e.g., "vehicles"). It then lists all tables that match the search.
Search by Tags – Selected
When "Search by Tags" is selected, the search checks for tags that match the search term (e.g., "vehicles"). All matching tags are displayed. If multiple tags are found, they appear collapsed, concealing their associated tables. To reveal the tables under a tag, expand the corresponding tag node.
If a table has multiple tags, it will appear under each relevant tag in the list — but it's still the same table.
